This product contains 4 times more whitening gel than most other kits and products. It will last you up to 200 treatments and up to 2 years. It’s easy to apply on the teeth and their 16% carbamide peroxide solution is the highest approved by the FDA for over the counter use. They also include gloss that adds sheen to the surfaces of teeth for improved appearance, as well as protects against bad breath and conditions like gingivitis. The sheen is applied simply with a toothbrush or fingertip directly to the teeth. One of the easier products to use.

WHITENING STRIPS

Crest 3D Advance White Vivid

These little bad boys produce professionals results for you within 2 weeks! They are easy to put on around the teeth and costs only about $40. The Vivid whitestrips are worn once a day for 30 minutes, which is a relatively short time, and results can be seen after just 3 days use. The entire treatment is 14 days until the full results.

Sheer White!

These whitening strips costs about $15 and are mostly used for people that have wider smiles allowing whitening of teeth much father back in your mouth. See results in 3 days and a total treatment time of 5 days! That is pretty fast! Their unique strips adhere so well to the teeth that you can even talk and drink while wearing them; they even encourage you to wear them to work. The strips were designed to fit and adhere better than any other whitening strips.A 20% carbamide peroxide gel solution is used in Sheer White! strips – a higher solution than you will find in any other strip systems. The gel lasts for up to 6 hours, so you can even wear the strips at night when you are sleeping for a more significant whitening experience.

Rembrandt Intense Stain Dissolving Strips

They cost around $20, and dissolves after 10 minutes of wearing them and helps remove stains from your teeth. They strip old stains away from the tooth enamel and help dissolve other stains before they soak into the enamel. It even helps remove tough stains from food and drink like coffee, red wine and tea. The Intense Stain Dissolving Strips also protect the tooth surface against the buildup of future stains. The treatment results in noticably whiter teeth in just 2 weeks of use.

Kickstart is a drink that is about to hit the shelves this month to target people’s taste of caffeine. At 80 calories, this drink will contain orange citrus and fruit punch flavors and will contain 5% fruit juice and Vitamins B and C. (I wonder what the other 95% is………..)

Oh yeah, the 95% is practically caffeine because Pepsico has decided to put 90 milligrams in each of their 16-ounce can — which puts it above the 72 milligrams when compared to the same sized Mountain Dew.

Pepsico says it’s below Starbuck’s 330 milligram dose of caffeine, but  sooner or later these “energy drinks” will try to kick it up a notch . When kids are caffeine high and can’t stop movie and continues to toy around with their parents and not going to sleep, well, you can give them more Kickstart to tire them out.

We live in a fast-pace world that demands a lot of our time and energy. So instead of drinking a lot of these caffeinated drinks, try to eat and drink healthy. These heart-shaped straws are simple and  fun, especially if you are planning an event for a special occasion, a party, or even among family members. I know I’m definitely getting this for my grandparents 70th year anniversary.

The Milk Shake Guide

To start out, here are some of the ingredients you need:

• Ice cream
• Milk
• Chocolate, caramel or other flavored syrup
• Fruit (optional)
• Vanilla extract (optional)
• Malted milk powder (optional)
• Whipped cream (optional)
• Chopped candy bar (optional)

Once you have these ingredients it’s time to begin. Here are the Steps:

1. Fill blender to the first line with milk. For the best texture, you should use 2% or whole milk; it’s possible to use 1% or skim, but you’ll have a thinner milkshake.

2. Add 2 scoops of ice cream. Use whatever flavor you like best.

3. You can either add different candy bars and also different fruits here to make your milk shake have your own unique taste.  Ex: candy bars goes extremely well with chocolate milk shakes to give that kick of sweetness.

4. Add 2 squirts of your favorite syrup. Note that using flavored (e.g., chocolate) ice cream is not as good as using vanilla ice cream with the appropriately flavored syrup.

5. Mix the milkshake, first at high speed then low. Make sure you have the lid on the blender first! (Definitely spilled all over myself once when I forgot)

6. Thicken or thin the mixture. If you want a thicker milkshake, add more ice cream; for thinner, put in a bit more milk. Blend again.

7. Pour the milkshake into a glass. (Enjoy!)

Recently, Starbucks released a new reusable cup that costs $1. Just from the look of it, it’s regular cup. However, Starbucks guarantee that it is usable for a whole month as long as you don’t sit on it, crush it, forget to bring it back, or run it through a dishwasher.

This idea has gained a lot of publicity with many Americans interested in purchasing a reusable cup to conserve resources. This product will not only make Starbucks’s customers more conscious about waste, but also help save costs to perhaps introduce better eco-cups in the future.

The idea of a reusable cup actually came from a research test that Starbucks did in the Pacific Northwest in November of 2012. The research showed that by introducing the reusable cup, there was a 26% boost in its usage, which means there is a large market for these cups.
